Supplies allow you to assign supplies to the fixtures. Supplies then can be ordered through the ticketing system or outside of the system. In order to set this functionality, you need to create supplies and assign them to a fixture.

Before you create supply you need to create Areas


Create Supply

To create a supply in the system, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the Settings tab
  • Click on the Supplies sub-tab
  • You will see a list of all current supplies in the system
  • Click on the New Supply button
  • Fill in the Supply Name, Description and SKU
  • Under Action, place a checkmark in front of the type of order for that supply
  • Email: creates a ticket and sends an email to a specified address
  • URL: displays a link to page where the supply can be ordered
  • Message: displays an on-screen message on how to order this supply
  • Upload a supply image if available
  • Select the areas of the fixtures where this supply resides
  • Click Save

Note

  • The Supply image and description will show when you hover over the supply name in the list.
  • The Supply image and description will also show when store user hover over the supply name.

Assign Supply to Fixture

To assign a supply to the fixture:

  • Click on the Fixtures tab
  • Find and click on a fixture you want to assign a supply to
  • Click on the Supplies sub-tab
  • Select supplies within the areas that can be ordered from this fixture
  • Click Save

Add Area

To add new area:

  • Click on the Settings tab
  • Click on the Supplies sub-tab
  • Click on the Configure button
  • You will see list of available areas; to add a new area, click on the New Item button
  • Enter the area’s English and French names
  • Click Save
