Calendar allows you to post events information for specific date or date range to specific stores.

Create Calendar Event

  • Select the Calendar Events sub-tab on the home page
  • Click on New Event in the upper right corner
  • Enter an event name
  • Choose an event Category
  • Set a date and time for the event
  • Using an Allocation formula allocate the event to stores

Allocate to Reps

Corporate Rep, Dealer Rep, Retail Rep ) you can place checkmark in front of Reps you want to allocate to. You can filter reps by typing keyword. Filter is CASE sensitive. By clicking on the small grey arrow pointing down system will select all Reps displayed.

To get list of Reps that are part of allocated locations only, scroll to bottom of page and click Update button. This will reload a page and highlight Reps that are assigned to allocated stores. Click on small arrow to select only highlighted Reps.

Note

  • Event dates will be highlighted in yellow on the calendar.
  • You can set an event for one specific date or run an event for a period of time.
  • The time in the event is for reference only.
  • Expired events are hidden. Click on Show All button to show expired events.
  • You can collapse Representatives section by clicking on Representatives. System will remember your preferences and keep it collapsed on all pages.
  • Please note Update might take few minutes to complete and to calculate Reps that are assigned to select stores.

Create Event Category

Calendar events can be categorized and displayed in different colours based on their category. To set calendar event categories:

  • Click on the Home tab.
  • Click on the Calendar Events tab
  • Click on the Categories button
  • You will see list of available categories
  • Click on New Category
  • Type the category’s English and French title
  • Choose the category Colour

Note

  • If the desired colour is not available, please click on the Colours button.
  • Category colours are pulled from Settings -> Colours.
  • Please note that the event title will be displayed in white with the category colour as the background, so avoid light colours like yellow, light grey, etc.
