Create Account

To create a new user account, please follow these steps:

  • Click on Accounts.
  • Click on New Account.
  • Fill in all known information.
  • In the System Setting section, please select the desired role.
  • After you have filled in all information, click Save to create the new account.

Note

  • The User ID must be unique in the system.

Create Store Account

A store account is created in the same way as any other account. Store accounts have some extra fields that need to be filled in. These fields only appear once you select the new account’s role as Channel Outlet.

To create a new store account, please follow these steps:

  • Click on Accounts.
  • Click on New Account.
  • Fill in all known information.
  • In the System Setting section, please select the role of Channel Outlet.
  • After you have filled in all information under Profile and System Settings, click Save to unlock other tabs.
  • Under Store Information, select Channel (concept) and all other known information.
  • Under the Floor Plan tab, upload the floor plan image (.png).
  • You can also upload a floor plan with grids and aisles drawn in. This helps stores and store build teams to properly align fixtures in the store.

Note

  • The User ID must be unique in the system.
  • The floor plan size must be in proportion with the fixture icons. Generally, we use scaling of 1 inch = 1 pixel for floor plans and fixture icon renderings.
  • Province/State and Language are mandatory fields for Channel Outlet.
  • To permanently close a store, go to System Settings and choose Status: Closed. Once you close a store, you can’t re-open it. Please contact support if you want to re-open a store.

Close Store Account (Permanently)

To permanently close a store, please follow these steps: - Find the Account you want to close. - Under System Settings, change the status to Closed. - Click Save to permanently close the store.

Note

  • This action can’t be undone.
  • This change is immediate regardless of the expiry date set.
  • You can set the expiry date to when the store actually closed for future reference.
  • Once a store is closed, you can’t make changes to dates or the status of the store.

Change User Role

This feature allows you to upgrade or downgrade user account (Change Role) This process clones current user account and creates new with same credentials. Old account is automatically closed and expired. -CR is amended to old username to indicate this is old account that changed role.

To Change Role:

  • Find account you want to change role for
  • Click on System Settings tab
  • In the Role line click on Change Role button
  • System will clone account and display same page with Role options unlocked
  • Choose new role and click Save
