This feature allows head office to send email message to specific user groups or to specific store locations.


Create Message

  • Click on the Home tab
  • Click on Messages sub-tab
  • Click on the New Message button
  • Type message Subject
  • Type message content
  • Optionally you can attach a file
  • Select when you would like to send out the message
  • Manually: will send message immediately when you click Send Message button
  • Send on: will send message on selected date when you click Send Message button
  • Select User group(s) to send message to, or
  • Select stores using the standard Allocation Formula
  • Click on the Save button to save message (message will not be sent)
  • Click on newly created message and if you are satisfied with content click on Send Message button (message will be sent based on the Broadcast option chosen; this will also save the message if you made some changes to it)
