This feature allows you to add a location floor plan to a store. A location floor plan is a drawing of a mall or main floor plan showing the store within a store/mall/level. Stores that have a location floor plan will have a small button next to the View My Planogram button on their home page. Clicking on that button takes users to the location floor plan.

Add New Location

Locations are the malls or department stores in which your store is located. Each location can have multiple floor plans to account for multi-level locations. To create a location and load a floor plan, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Settings tab.
  • Click on the Locations sub-tab.
  • Click on the New Location button.
  • Enter the location name (mall name).
  • Enter any location-specific notes.
  • Click Save.

Add Location Floor Plan

To add a location floor plan, follow these steps:

  • Click on Location Name.
  • In the New Master Floor Plan section, choose the floor plan level you are loading from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on the Browse button and find the floor plan image.
  • Click on the Add floor plan button.

Add Store to Location Floor Plan

To add your store’s floor plan, follow these steps:

  • Click on Location Name.
  • On the level you want to add the store to, click the Edit Links button.
  • A new page will open. Click on the Enter Filter… text box to see or filter your locations.
  • Click on the location you want to add.
  • The location will show as a red box.
  • Click and drag the location box to position it on top of the actual store location.
  • Grab the bottom right corner of the box to resize it.
  • Click Save.

Add Adjacent Stores to Location Floor Plan

To add adjacent stores to your location, please follow these steps:

  • Click on Location Name.
  • On the level you want to add adjacent stores to, click the Edit Links button.
  • A new page will open. Click on the Add Label button.
  • A blue label box will appear at the top left of the floor plan.
  • Double-click on the blue box to edit the adjacent store name.
  • Click and drag the store box to position it on top of the actual store location.
  • Grab the bottom right corner of the box to resize it.
  • Click Save.
