Has access to every account. System Administrator Users are able to make changes to all accounts and override settings made by any other account.

Power User

Has access to every account except System Administrator accounts. Power Users are not able to do or access the following:

  • Access Channel Account pictures (adding / deleting; managing the store pictures)
  • Work on any account listed for Third Party Merchandisers
  • View the collateral and storage lists for stores

Store Design Prime

Has access to every feature that deals with fixtures and store layout. Store Design Prime Users are not able to do or access the following:

  • View the floor plan of each channel outlet if the location has one; almost all retail locations do not have a set floor plan.
  • View collateral available to each individual store

Dealer Regional Manager

All Dealer Regional Managers have access to the channel accounts they manage. Dealer Regional Manager users are able to do or access the following:

  • View directives
  • View programs their stores are involved in
  • View collateral that belongs to those programs
  • View the accounts they are responsible for and make changes to channel account information such as contact information, dates the store is active for, channel, language, Account Managers, Store Rep, Delivery Instructions and Store Layout.

Dealer Rep

  • View Show All Fixtures

Complimentary Allocation Prime

All Complimentary Allocation Primes have access to the programs they need to create merchandising elements for. Complimentary Allocation Prime Users are able to do or access the following: - View directives - View programs - View / create collateral for complimentary channels - Create allocations to push out the collateral they have created - View Account Profile

Complimentary Channel

All Complimentary Channels have access to the programs they require merchandising elements from. Complimentary Channel Users are able to do or access the following: - View directives - View programs - View and order merchandising elements assigned to them - View Account Profile

Can view everything but does not have the ability to make changes.
