Carriers

Carriers are used to allow user to upload tracking number for Kits or tickets. In order for system to provide tracking link, Tracking URL need to be entered in the system

Depending on carriers you are using enter URLs:

  • Click on Entities
  • Click on Carriers
  • Click on New Entity
  • Enter Carrier Name
  • Enter Tracking URL
  • Click Save

Note

  • If your carrier is not listed please contact them to provide you tracking URL
  • Our system attaches (append) tracking number at the end of the URL, so please make sure that their site have URL format that accepts Tracking Number in URL.
  • Carriers entered will appear in Kit Tracking and Ticket Messages module as drop-down option.
