Live Assets

The Live Assets functionality allows head office to track the status of live devices.

Download Asset Kit

You can download a Live Asset Kit from the Programs tab, Print Management sub-tab.

Live assets jobs have an Asset Kit button to download a list of assets and the locations they were allocated to.

Download the kit and fill in all necessary information.

Upload Asset Kit

You can upload an asset kit that has all of the asset information entered. The system will automatically display assets and their respective information at the store level in the Asset tab, Tracking sub-tab.

Asset Tracking

Under the Assets tab, Tracking sub-tab, you can see list of all the assets in all locations on one single page.

  • Clicking on Detailed List will show the changes made to asset.
  • Clicking on Compact List will show only the status of current assets.
  • Show Active/Show Hidden will show active or hidden (expired or inactive) assets.
  • Assets Highlighted in RED are locked. That means that store changed IMEI number of the asset

Move Live Assets

You can move Live Assets from one location to another location by following these steps:

Have the target store (new location) RMS ID ready.

  • Go to source account (Admin)
  • Click on System Settings
  • Click on the Assets tab
  • Click on the Move Assets button
  • You will be asked to provide the target location RMS ID
  • Click the Continue button
  • You will be presented with the target location name and address
  • Click the Continue button
  • Once the moving of assets is completed, you can go to the target location by clicking the Go to New Location button
