This feature allows you to post news to user (Stores or Reps) home pages. Users will see latest seven announcements on their homepage with the option to see all announcements. On the announcements page you can search for keywords or sort them by from-to date. Announcements folders are collapsed by default, to expand or collapse all announcements folders click on Show All, to expand or collapse individual Announcement click on Show More box.

Create Announcement

• Click on the Announcements sub-tab on Home page
• Click on New Folder
• Type in Title
• Select date range announcement will be displayed. In the From section, you can select the time you want the announcement to show.
• Type in your Message
• Allocate announcement using the standard Allocation Formula.
• Optionally, you can attach a file to the announcement (image, document, etc.)
• Click on Save

Allocate to Reps

If you want to allocate to Reps ( Corporate Rep, Dealer Rep, Retail Rep ) you can place checkmark in front of Reps you want to allocate to. You can filter reps by typing keyword. Filter is CASE sensitive. By clicking on the small grey arrow pointing down system will select all Reps displayed.

To get list of Reps that are part of allocated locations only, scroll to bottom of page and click Update button. This will reload a page and highlight Reps that are assigned to allocated stores. Click on small arrow to select only highlighted Reps.
