Crosslink is used to link two stores from different system together. This is usually used for shared store pace between two companies owned by same corporation.

Stores that are CrossLinked have their "partner" company button that links to their RMS. Button is accessible from the Floor Plan. Clicking on the button log user in partners RMS without need to enter credentials. Once logged in they can use system as their own.

In order to link specific store you need to generate GUID.

GUID - is an acronym for "Globally Unique Identifier" It is a 128-bit integer number used to identify resources.

To link two stores:

  • In store profile click on System Settings
  • Find GUID field and click on GUID text (this will generate long string in the field)
  • Copy GUID string and Paste it in the Partner system store GUID field.

Once both stores have same GUID they are linked together.
